1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with NOPE STUDIOS, represented by Emre Öztürk, Josefstrasse 12, 46284 Dorsten.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

We only deliver by post and exclusively within Germany. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
PayPal can offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to its own criteria, additional payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; other individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. When paying via Google Pay, the customer has the option of making a payment by credit card.

KLARNA purchase on account
When paying via KLARNA purchase on account, the customer must pay the invoice amount to Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden within 30 days of the invoice date. KLARNA Immediately
If you select the payment method “SOFORT”, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter: SOFORT). In order to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT, the customer must have an online banking account activated for participation in SOFORT, identify themselves accordingly during the payment process and confirm the payment instruction to SOFORT. The payment transaction is then carried out immediately by SOFORT and the customer's bank account is debited. 6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of NOPE STUDIOS until all claims arising from the contract have been settled; in the event that the customer is a legal entity under public law, a special fund under public law or an entrepreneur in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity, also beyond that from the ongoing business relationship until all claims to which the seller is entitled in connection with the contract have been settled.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1 Legal right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation. Companies inform customers on their website, among other things, about the existence or non-existence of a right of cancellation as well as the conditions, details of the exercise, in particular the name and address of the person to whom the cancellation must be declared, and the legal consequences of the cancellation. Customers will also be provided with cancellation instructions in text form that comply with the statutory requirements when ordering online, at the latest when the contract is concluded.
7.2 Deadline
Consumers must return or hand over goods to the company which, due to their nature, can normally be returned by post (including parcel services) without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which consumers notify the company of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if consumers send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. Consumers bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
7.3 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to distance selling contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
